Purpose and scope

These terms govern all sales of virtual reality sessions provided by DiveINX.

Bookings

Bookings can be made on the website or on site. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros including taxes. Payment is made at the time of booking online or on site.

Cancellation and refunds

  • More than 48 hours before the session: full refund.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the session: credit valid for 3 months.
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: no refund.

Medical precautions

Virtual reality is not recommended for people with epilepsy, pregnant women, people with balance disorders or heart conditions.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.
